Because of our strong background in Software Engineering, MagicBus.com utilizes a proven
system design methodology for the development of our client websites. Our website
design process progresses in four phases, each of which includes design documents and other
deliverables as specified below:
Phase I - Define
Phase I commences with the proposal acceptance, execution of a contract
agreement between
you and MagicBus.com.
The overall purpose of Phase I is the development, delivery, and acceptance
of a complete and binding Website Specifications Document to act as the blueprint
for future work.
Phase II - Prototype
Phase II commences with your acceptance, after any necessary revisions, of
the Website Specifications Document.
The goal of Phase II is the design and execution of a working online prototype
of the website, with functional navigation leading to all elements specified in
the accepted Website Specifications Document. While it will not include every
content element at this stage, it will include at a minimum placeholders and
samples of all different types of content.
Phase III - Build-Out
Phase III commences with your acceptance, after any necessary revisions,
of the working prototype of the website. It
comprises the incorporation of complete content and data sources into the
framework provided in the prototype, culminating in the delivery of the final site,
ready for launch.
Phase IV - Hand-Off
Phase IV commences with upload of the final completed website to your hosting server.
At this time MagicBus.com will provide onsite or
telephone-assisted client training, documentation delivery, and initial site management assistance.
Additional onsite or telephone-based daily / monthly training is available at
additional cost.
